Courier and Parts Clerk
Position Summary:
This position requires a dependable, hardworking individual responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the delivery, pickup, receiving and processing of parts, supplies and equipment: drive a Loffler vehicle for pickup and delivery of parts, supplies and equipment. Perform related tasks and duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned":
- Deliver parts, supplies and/or equipment orders as assigned to Loffler technicians or customers.
- Initiates and maintains a professional appearance and attitude with other employees and customers during these duties.
- Perform other related parts/warehouse functions as needed or assigned.
- Assist internal and external client requests at Loffler's Will Call.
- Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Reports to office full time.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and provide proof of minimum auto insurance coverage as required by state law.
- Great organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers.
- Team orientated individual.
- Knowledge of methods and procedures pertaining to the processing and distribution of a variety of parts, supplies and equipment.
Education/Experience:
- Inventory control and processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and current OS a plus but not required.

- Interaction with internal and external customers on a regular basis.
- Employee is regularly required to stand/sit for extended periods of time.
- Constant bending and lifting is required.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Frequently required to use hands to handle objects, tools or controls.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The posted range for this position represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum starting compensation for this role. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
