Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation, upkeep, and presentation of both homes
  • Supervise household staff with clarity, consistency, and kindness
  • Manage smart home systems (Lutron/Nest preferred) and ensure all systems function optimally
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors
  • Handle scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance calendars
  • Provide light breakfast preparation and occasional driving for the principal or guests
  • Assist with errands, organization projects, seasonal rotations, and guest readiness
  • Maintain household manuals, contact databases, and key records
  • Plan and support family events or gatherings as needed
  • Uphold the home's welcoming and polished atmosphere with an eye for detail
  • Light cooking

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years in an Estate Manager role for a high-end residence
  • Strong experience managing household technology, particularly Lutron systems
  • A collaborative spirit with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Must live locally
  • Legal U.S. work authorization and a valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Long-term intent and ability to serve as a stable and trusted point of contact for the family
  • Must have strong references from prior employers

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 depending on experience
  • Annual discretionary performance bonus
  • Full benefits package from day one, including PTO and paid holidays
  • General schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
