Housekeeper

A professional family in Bel Air is seeking a skilled, discreet, and hands-on Housekeeper to maintain their 8,000 sq ft estate to the highest standards. This is a long-term position responsible for ensuring the impeccable condition of the home through daily housekeeping, laundry, and general household upkeep. This individual plays an essential role in the daily cleanliness and smooth functioning of the residence, consistently meeting the high standards set forth by the family.

Responsibilities

• Daily deep and detail cleaning of all interior spaces
• Laundry care, including fine garments and linens
• Proactive upkeep of surfaces, materials, and appliances
• Stock and manage cleaning supplies
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
• Run errands: shopping, dry cleaning, deliveries
• Pet care: feeding, walking, grooming, vet visits
• Communicate effectively with the household team (PA, houseman, gardeners)

 

Qualifications

• Strong cleaning knowledge, organized, efficient, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license
• Strong references from past employers.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury home

Schedule

• General work schedule is Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work additional hours in the evenings or weekends as requested.

Compensation

• $45–55/hour + 5% bonus + benefits (PTO, holidays, etc.)
