POSITION SUMMARY:
The Conference Services Coordinator provides friendly, efficient clerical and
administrative support to the Conference Services and Catering Sales
Position Summary: Responsible for properly receiving, storing and issuing of all
food received in the warehouse, beverage and general storerooms under the
guidance of the Purchasing Manager.
Essential Functions:
Fills and delivers all requisitions for supplies to departments.
Inspect and unpack all merchandise received, and stocks/stores it.
