JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of the Casework Supervisor or other administering
supervisor, this position performs work providing services through the child
welfare department in Clear Creek County. The goal of the Prevention Outreach
worker is to provide support to the Caseworkers as needed as well as to work
with families in the community to increase support surrounding protective
factors, decrease the risk associated with the

Performs professional law enforcement duties, which include but are not limited
to, patrol, crime investigation work and responding to requests for services.
Essential Functions:
Maintains public peace and safety.
Patrols assigned areas.
Responds to incoming calls to the Tribal Police Department.
Investigates complaints and incidents of a suspicious nature.

Assignment depends upon need and availability.
Assignments can vary. Assignments can last as little as a few hours, or 999
hours per calendar year.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Tribal Preference applies.
Must be available for assignments and must maintain communications with the
Employment Team.
Failure to adhere to work requirements may result in an employee's
removal from Temporary Service Pool.
