This position is responsible for processing medical records requests ensuring
the security and confidentiality of records.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Verify and update client demographic information in the Electronic Health Record
(EHR) system.
Maintain medical records and process requests for records.
Respond to requests for medical information from the Social Security
Administration, attorneys, or consumers within 72 hour

Assists the Lead Teacher in the implementation of developmentally appropriate
educational activities for a class of 8 to 20 children with and without
