As a welder fabricator, you will ensure that all work is fit up and welded to
the specifications of each job and meets outlined requirements. In addition, you
will work with the Operations Manager and QC to ensure all welders are able to
accomplish the assigned weldments on schedule. This will include checking the
work of the welders and ensuring all parts and welding supplies are available.
You will also provide training and coaching to the entry level welders.
