This is responsible professional work in conducting intake assessments and
developing treatment plans for the seriously mentally ill. This position is
assigned to one or more counties within Carastar’s catchment area.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Conduct initial intake interviews of clients according to established procedure,
assessing the client's problems and needs, developing an initial diagnosis.

with Serious Mental Illness. The employee will be a member of a two or
three-person team which will provide time limited, home based services. The
