The Employment Specialist works as a member of a small team to assist adults who
have Serious Mental Illness find and maintain competitive employment. The

with Serious Mental Illness or who are in immediate crisis. The employee will be
a member of a two- or three-person team that will provide time-limited,
home-based services. The primary mission of home-based intervention is to reduce
a crisis, engage clients in intervention services, and prevent out of home
placement of the consumers. Services are provided primarily as a team.
