About the Role:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervise and monitor the collection of all loans, credit cards, share
accounts, and handle complex and non-routine member issues.
Ensure that credit and collection policies, practices, and documentation
meet federal and state regulations.
Assign, monitor and supervise the workload of the Member Solutions
Specialists to ensure the smooth and efficien
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and direction of all activities
pertaining to EFCU Cards area.
Develop, evaluate and implement new technologies, programs, policies and
procedures in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Inform staff of changes as they relate to their job and member relation
functions.
