This position leads the overall production/distribution team for The Bay Family
of Companies Metal Building Insulation divisions. Position acts as a liaison
between MBI Divisions, MBI Sales, and the corporate team to ensure personnel and
plant locations are operating in an efficient, professional, and customer
service-oriented manner to assure high quality performance and output while
promoting and maintaining a safe working environment

This position performs human resource administrative support for corporate
duties as well as facility duties, that also can include backing up the human
resource manager when out of office. The human resource assistant is
